By accessing or using MoneyVerse (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

• Students: By using MoneyVerse, you confirm that your parent/legal guardian and school have authorized your participation. You agree to use the Platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
• Parents/Legal Guardians: By consenting to your child's enrollment (either directly or through the School), you acknowledge and accept these Terms on behalf of your child.

2. Educational Disclaimer

MoneyVerse is strictly a simulated educational environment. The following must be clearly understood:

• All currency, investments, portfolios, and financial products within MoneyVerse are entirely virtual and have no real-world monetary value.
• No real money is transacted, invested, or at risk at any point during the simulation.
• The Platform is designed solely for educational purposes to build foundational financial literacy.
• TheFinLab does not provide financial advice, and the simulated outcomes on MoneyVerse should not be interpreted as investment recommendations or guarantees of real-world performance.

3. User Accounts and Security

• Student accounts are created by TheFinLab in coordination with the School. Students are not required to sign up independently.
• Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any activity that occurs under a Student's account is the responsibility of the account holder.
• Students must not share their login credentials with anyone else, including other students.

4. Code of Conduct and Acceptable Use

While using MoneyVerse, users agree to:

• Use the Platform only for its intended educational purpose.
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Not use the Platform to harass, bully, or engage in inappropriate behavior towards other users or facilitators.
• Respect the intellectual property of TheFinLab and not reproduce, distribute, or share any proprietary content from the Platform without express permission.
• Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Platform, at the sole discretion of TheFinLab and the School.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

• All fees remitted for participation in TheFinLab program and access to the MoneyVerse platform are strictly non-refundable. Due to the upfront administrative costs associated with software provisioning, licensing, and fixed cohort allocation, we do not offer partial, full, or prorated refunds for voluntary student withdrawal, absenteeism, or failure to utilize the Platform once digital access has been granted.
• In the event a Student’s access to the Platform or in-person sessions is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms or the established Code of Conduct, no refund or credit of any fees shall be issued.
• In the rare event that TheFinLab is legally or operationally compelled to permanently cancel the Program prior to its scheduled completion, excluding disruptions caused by Force Majeure events or School unavailability, Parents may be eligible for a prorated refund corresponding strictly to the undelivered instructional sessions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, curriculum, software, graphics, and branding associated with MoneyVerse and TheFinLab are the exclusive intellectual property of Aakaash Manikanth, operating as TheFinLab. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Proprietary Assets solely for your personal educational use during the program. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Proprietary Assets without our express prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

TheFinLab provides MoneyVerse on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheFinLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

8. Modifications to the Terms

TheFinLab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Schools and Parents of any significant changes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of MoneyVerse shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Welcome to TheFinLab and our proprietary educational platform, MoneyVerse (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how Aakaash Manikanth, operating as TheFinLab ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, protects, and handles the personal data of our users ("Students" or "you") and their parents/legal guardians ("Parents").

2. A Special Note for Parents and Guardians

MoneyVerse is an educational financial simulator designed for students. We do not require children to provide more personal data than is reasonably necessary to participate in the program. Under the DPDP Act, we require verifiable parental consent before processing the personal data of any user under the age of 18. This consent is primarily coordinated and obtained through your child's educational institution (the "School") prior to account creation.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information strictly for educational and administrative purposes.

• Information Provided by the School: To create an account, we receive basic onboarding information from the School, including the Student's name, grade, school-issued email address, and Parent contact information (name, email, and phone number).
• Platform Usage Data: While using MoneyVerse, we collect data regarding the Student's interactions within the simulator. This includes simulated investment decisions, budgeting behavior, quiz scores, portfolio performance, and time spent on the platform.
• Device and Technical Information: We automatically collect standard technical information when you access MoneyVerse, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system, to ensure the Platform functions correctly and securely.

4. How We Use the Information

We use the collected data exclusively to deliver and improve the educational experience. We use this information to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the MoneyVerse Platform.
• Generate termly progress reports detailing the Student's financial literacy development, which are shared directly with Parents and the School.
• Conduct one-on-one virtual portfolio reviews with the Student.
• Communicate with Parents regarding program logistics, platform access, and student progress.
• Analyze aggregated, de-identified data to improve our curriculum and platform mechanics.

We do NOT use Student or Parent personal data for third-party marketing, targeted advertising, or commercial profiling.

5. How We Share the Information

We treat your personal data with strict confidentiality. Information is only shared under the following circumstances:

• With Parents/Guardians: Parents receive direct/vicarious reports and updates regarding their child's simulator performance.
• With the School: The School receives access to Student progress reports and administrative data for academic tracking purposes.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TheFinLab, our users, or others.

6. Data Security and Retention

We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the educational purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by law. Upon the termination of our contract with the School, or upon a verified request from a Parent, all sensitive personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian law, Parents (and Students, upon reaching the age of majority) have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about the Student.
• Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing (subject to the understanding that this will terminate the Student's access to the MoneyVerse Platform).
• Request the erasure of personal data.
